Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your BodhiBloom piece. If something isn't right, here's how we can help.
- Return window: 14 days from the date you receive your order
- Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- Non-returnable: Earrings (for hygiene reasons) and personalised items
- Damaged or incorrect items: Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos
- Refunds: Processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval
- Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect
